Matthew Damiani joined Professional Physical Therapy in Melville, New York, as the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer in 2021. He leads a significant amount of the organization, including Finance, Revenue Cycle Management, Marketing, Human Resources, Legal, IT, and Customer Care. Under his leadership and focus on the patient experience, Professional Physical Therapy has grown the practice to over 200 clinics across five states, establishing the business as the top-rated physical therapy provider in the Northeast.

In addition to his leadership responsibilities at Professional Physical Therapy, Mr. Damiani founded Damiani Capital, a Detroit, Michigan-based executive advisory and consulting firm, and serves as its principal. In the past, he has held various leadership positions at large, multinational specialty retailers, including Art Van Furniture as Vice President of Enterprise Operations and Customer Experience, and with Staples as Supply Chain Director Europe, Director of Process Excellence and Engineering, and Director of Fulfillment Operations.

Mr. Damiani received his Master of Business Administration from Indiana University in Bloomington and a degree in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University. He continues to engage with his alma mater as President of the Michigan State University Management Advisory Board.
